1. General Overview

These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made on KeeperRings.co.uk. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Pricing and Hallmarking

Due to the fluctuating nature of the global precious metal market, our prices are subject to change. However, once an order is placed and confirmed, your price is locked in.

Every precious metal ring we sell complies fully with the UK Hallmarking Act 1973. Weights listed on the website are approximate baseline weights; because every ring is individually cast and hand-polished, minor weight variances (fractions of a gram) may naturally occur.

3. Shipping & Dispatch

We aim to inspect, pack, and dispatch all orders within 3 to 4 working days of receiving payment. All UK orders are shipped free of charge using Royal Mail Tracked 24. Delivery times are estimates provided by Royal Mail and are not guaranteed.

4. Returns & Refunds

In accordance with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order and return the item within 14 days of receiving it.

To be eligible for a refund, the ring must be entirely unworn, unaltered, in its original presentation box, and have all original security tags attached and unbroken. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. We strongly advise using a fully tracked and insured postal service, as we cannot be held responsible for returns lost in transit.
